Carbide-tipped alloy body Thread drill bit
Geology-Customized Thread Drill Bits
Geology-customized thread drill bits are selected to match rock hardness and drilling conditions rather than as a single fixed geometry. The range includes ball-tooth, cross-cut and clay-specific faces, with outside diameters of 5–80 mm, lengths of 100–500 mm and tip angles of 90°–150°. Carbide options include YG8, YG11C and YG13C, paired with H13 or low-temperature alloy bodies. Confirm the required diameter, face design, connection and operating environment when requesting a quotation.
