High-Strength Steel Strand Lock
High-strength steel strand locks secure single or multiple prestressing strands in mining and tunnel support assemblies. Standard configurations cover 1–2 or 3–6 strands, with custom options up to eight strands, body sizes from 60×40 to 150×100 mm and compatible strand diameters of 12.7–19.5 mm. Rated load options span 150–500 kN in 40Cr or 45 alloy-steel bodies, with galvanized or epoxy finish choices. Specify strand count and diameter, body size, design load and coating for the project.
